All tickets purchased from our online box office to be collected on the evening of the performance or earlier in person by prior arrangement.
Children under the age of 3 years do not need a ticket to attend performances, but if they are to occupy a seat then you MUST inform us at the time of booking your tickets.
We do not give refunds for tickets purchased but not used on the date of the performance.
Tickets are not transferable to performances on any date other than that printed on the ticket.
We are unable to provide duplicate tickets for any lost, mislaid or stolen after collection from our box office.
